Our office is located at Lotus Court, which is right on the Pune Satara Road. If you know the area, you know it stays pretty crowded with cars and people going back and forth all day long. We are up on the first floor in Office 101. Simaria Constructions & Land Developersllp has been around this part of town for a good bit now. We spend most of our time looking at maps and checking on different plots of land across the district. It is not always easy work because the rules change and people have lots of questions about what they can actually do with their property. We just sit down with them and try to figure it out together. My desk is usually covered in old blueprints and notes I wrote to myself. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We are just land developers who know the local streets and the soil here. Sometimes we are out on a site getting our boots muddy and other days we are stuck here in the office doing the filing. It’s a mix. We like being part of the growth happening around Satara Road and seeing how the city stretches out further every year. It keeps us busy enough, that’s for sure. Most people just call us if they see our name on a plot or hear about us from a neighbor.
