Silverio Developers Private Limited is located in the ICC Trade Tower. You can find us in Suite A 102 at 403/A Senapati Bapat Road in Pune. It’s a very well-known building in this part of the city. Even though it’s a big commercial tower, our office inside is pretty straightforward. We work on developing different properties around the region. Senapati Bapat Road is always buzzing with traffic and college students from nearby. It’s a high-energy area to be in. We spend our days meeting with architects, talking to contractors, and trying to get all the paperwork sorted out. Real estate in Pune is a fast-moving business, so there is never a dull moment. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of architectural models sitting around gathering dust. We don't go in for all the corporate polish you see in some of the other offices in this building. We’re more interested in the actual building process than having a fancy reception desk. Sometimes the projects get delayed because of the weather or some regulation change, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We’ve got a small team that’s been together for a few years now. We know how each other works, which makes things easier when things get stressful. We just try to stay focused on the project at hand and get the work finished on time.
