We spend a lot of our time on the phone, talking to people and trying to make sure everything is lined up correctly. The building itself is pretty standard, and we’ve gotten to know some of the neighbors over the years. We aren't looking to be some huge international conglomerate; we just want to run our hotels and keep things stable. Sometimes the weather gets a bit rough and we have to deal with that, but otherwise, it’s a pretty steady routine here. We don't have a lot of meetings for the sake of meetings. Usually, we just talk to each other across the room if something needs to be fixed. It’s a very direct way of working. We’ve been in this space for a while now and it’s become like a second home to us. We just keep doing our thing every day, one task at a time.
