You can find Sigmacon Estates Private Limited on the first floor of the Arun Park building. We are located at 33/3 in Thergaon, right near Aditya and close to Birla Hospital. It’s a busy area of Pune. Our office is pretty modest. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files. We aren't a big, polished firm with a bunch of interns. It’s just a few of us who have been in the real estate game for a while. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are going at different sites. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes things get delayed or the weather messes up our schedule. We don't try to hide that. It’s just part of the job. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of corporate slogans. We just want to get the buildings finished. We like being in Thergaon because it’s a developing part of the city. There’s always something happening. We try to be honest with people who come to see us. We don't promise things we can't do. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most days we are just busy with the small details that make a project come together. It can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We’ve been around for a bit and know our way around. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything on track, but we try our best. Pune is a big place and we just do our part.
