SIDHDHANT COURTYARD RESIDENTS LLP

We are Sidhdhant Courtyard Residents LLP, and we work out of Unit 102 in Dorabjee Classic. It’s located on Lane Number 5 in Koregaon Park, Pune. While Koregaon Park is known for being a bit fancy, our office is pretty grounded. It’s a straightforward space where we handle our daily business tasks. We don’t have any marble floors or designer furniture. It’s just a place with desks, computers, and the usual office stuff you’d expect. We spend most of our time here managing our residents' affairs and making sure things are running like they should. It can get a bit noisy when people are out on the lane, but inside it’s usually quiet enough to focus. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who know each other well. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just come in, have our tea, and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, just like any other place. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it works well for us because it’s easy for people to find. We aren't looking to expand into some massive office. This space in Dorabjee Classic is just right for what we do. It’s practical and keeps us close to what’s happening in the area.
