Siddhivinayak Isha Ventures Llp

Our small team is based over in Walhekarwadi, specifically in Sarowar Colony near the Gurudwara. It’s a busy little neighborhood, and we’ve become quite a part of the landscape at Siddhivinayak Isha Ventures Llp. We started this because there seemed to be a gap in how things were being handled locally. Working out of S. No 131/1/3 means we’re right in the thick of things. You might hear the sounds of the colony while we’re on the phone, but that’s just how it is here. We don't put on any airs or try to act like we’re some multinational firm. We’re just a local business doing local work. Some days are smoother than others. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different people and making sure the details don't get lost. It's practical work, nothing too glamorous. The office isn't hard to find once you know where the Gurudwara is. We’ve had neighbors drop in just to say hello, which is nice. We like the community feel of this spot. There’s always someone around to share a tea with if we take a break. Our desks are usually covered in files and notes because we’re always right in the middle of something. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work for us and the people we deal with daily. It is a simple way of working.
