The office is at 2/940/4 in Model Colony, tucked into the Raghuwansh Apartment building. We sit right opposite Kanetkar Hospital, which most people in the area know. Model Colony is generally a bit quieter than the city center, making it a decent place for handling building plans. Siddhesh Developers doesn't operate out of a flashy showroom. Our space is just a regular office with desks, wall maps, and growing stacks of project files. Much of the day involves being on the phone or sitting with people to discuss land deals and paperwork. It isn't a job where you stay at a desk for very long, though. We are frequently out at various sites checking on how the construction is actually progressing on the ground. With the hospital across the street, there’s always a flow of people and ambulances, but inside the room it stays fairly focused on the task. Big promotional speeches aren't really our style. We just take on projects as they come and deal with the local regulations and the builders. Coordination is the main thing, making sure the different parts of a project actually move forward like they should. We have been in Raghuwansh Apartment for a while now and the location works well for us. The routine is simple: handle the files, visit the sites, and keep things moving. It’s just how we do business every day. The coffee is decent enough and we get through our tasks. It's just a regular local business life here.
