SIDDHAYE CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Office No 2 at Purushottam Plaza in Baner. If you know Pune, you know how much Baner has changed lately. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s full of offices and shops. Our company, Siddhaye Constructions Private Limited, is right in the middle of it on S.No. 219. We spend our days dealing with the usual stuff that comes with running a construction business. There’s always someone calling about a permit or a delivery that’s running late. We aren't some big-shot developers; we’re just people who know how to put a building together. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee rings on the tables. We like it that way because it feels like a real workspace. We have a small team, and we’ve all known each other for years. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The traffic on the road outside can be pretty loud, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up in this part of Maharashtra, and we’ve had a hand in a few of them ourselves. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if a project is nearing the deadline.
