We are based in Pune City at Gera Emerald City, specifically at S. No. 73 in the Kharadi area. It’s a well-known spot in Maharashtra-411014, and we’ve been operating out of here for a while now. SIDDHATVA INFRA INDUSTRIES LLP deals with a mix of infrastructure and industrial tasks. Kharadi has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up, and it’s interesting to be right in the middle of it. Our office is where we handle the administrative side of things, like permits and scheduling. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us to get here in the morning because Pune traffic is what it is, but once we’re in, it’s all go. We have a small team, and we don't really have a hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or on the phone with site managers. The office doesn't have a lot of decor; it’s mostly just functional furniture and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to keep things honest and simple. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just one that does its job right. Most days we are just trying to stay on top of the paperwork and making sure our industrial projects are moving along as they should. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know how to do.
