SHWETAYAN CONSTRUCTION LLP

Our office is located at Shree Laxmi Narayan Villa, which is right near the Navjyoti Super Market. If you know the Nigadi Pradhikaran area in PCNTDA, you’ve probably walked right past us. We are Shwetayan Construction LLP. We’ve been set up in Sector No 25, Plot No 574 for a bit now. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a bit of a gamble on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We do a lot of local construction work around here. Most of the guys on the crew live nearby, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. We aren’t some huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small operation where everyone wears a few different hats. One day I’m checking on supplies and the next I’m talking to the electrician about a wiring issue. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s construction for you. We just try to keep things moving along so we don't fall behind schedule. People in Nigadi are straightforward, and we try to be the same way. We don't have fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people just seeing our signs on a site and giving us a call. It’s honest work, and it keeps us out of trouble. We like being part of the growth in this section of the city. It feels good to see a building go up where there was just a vacant lot before.
