We’re based out of Kumar Trade Center in Dhankawadi. It’s a decent spot, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Shubnil Buildcon and Engineers is a small outfit. We do a mix of engineering work and general building stuff. Most of our days are spent at S.No 19A/3 B, looking at blueprints or arguing over supply costs. We’re not a huge corporation with departments for everything. Usually, it’s just us doing the math and making sure the site workers have what they need. It gets busy, and sometimes we’re late getting home because a delivery didn't show up or a client had a last-minute change. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take three months, we say so. We don’t see the point in dressing things up with fancy words. People in Pune know how the market is, and we just try to fit in and do our jobs. The office is a bit messy with all the drawings and samples laying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve been in Dhankawadi for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all these new trade centers popping up. We just keep working through the list of tasks and try to keep our clients updated on the progress without any flowery language or big promises we can't keep.
