Shubhaswini Buildcon Llp is based out of Flat No 11 in Trimurty Nivas, which is over in Ganesh Nagar, Thergaon. Pune is a big place, but we mostly stick to the local neighborhoods around here. The office is really just a flat where we keep all our files and meet with people. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads. We got into the building business because we saw how much Thergaon was growing. There’s always someone looking for a place to stay or a small shop to open up. We don't have a massive crew, just a few reliable people we’ve worked with for a long time. Our days are usually spent talking to contractors or figuring out why a delivery of sand is late. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't really do the whole fancy marketing thing. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes we are working on small residential patches, other times it’s something a bit bigger. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone. If there’s a problem with a site, we go down there and try to fix it ourselves. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of headaches with regulations and costs going up, but we keep going. We’ve lived in Pune for a long time, so we care about how these buildings turn out for the people here.
