Shubh Promoters & Developers

Shubh Promoters & Developers is based in Flat 8 at Empire Estate, which is over in Koregaon Park. It’s a nice enough area, though it’s gotten a lot more crowded lately. We use the flat as our main office, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. There are papers and blueprints spread out across the tables, and the kettle is almost always on. We spend our time looking at sites and figuring out how things are going to be built. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people and trying to make sure everything stays on track. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a fancy front desk. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us sitting around the dining table working on our laptops. Sometimes the neighbors in Empire Estate complain about the noise if we have too many visitors, so we try to keep things quiet. It’s just a small group of us working together. We’ve been in Koregaon Park for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most of our projects come through people we already know or word of mouth in the community. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it seems to work out for us. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the current project.
