Our place is located at Plot No. 03 in Mahalaxmi Enclave, over in Utkarsh Nagar. That’s in the Jalochi area of Baramati. Shriya Agro Dairy Foods India Industries Private Limited is a bit of a long name for what we do, which is mostly working with dairy and farm products. Baramati is a place where everyone knows about cows and milk, so we fit right in. We aren't some giant factory with thousands of workers. It’s a more personal operation than that. We spend our mornings checking on the milk and making sure everything is clean and ready for the day. The building we are in is easy to find if you are in Jalochi. We chose this spot because it’s close enough to the farms but also has good roads for the trucks. Sometimes the equipment acts up or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, but that is part of the job. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We grew up around here, drinking the same milk we now help process. It’s hard work, and the hours are usually quite early, but it’s what we are used to. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements. We just focus on getting the dairy products out to the people who want them. It’s a busy life, and sometimes it gets a little overwhelming, but it feels good to be part of the local community here in Baramati. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
