Shritej Reality Llp is based at Survey Number 150 in Jeevan Nagar, which is out in the Tathawade area of Pune. Tathawade has been growing a lot lately, but our spot is still in a part that feels a bit more local and grounded. The office is located in a straightforward building without much fuss on the outside. Inside, it’s just a collection of desks and computers where we manage our reality business. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in and we talk to them at our desks. It is a very practical setup. We have a few maps of the local area on the wall so we can show people where different sites are located. The commute to Jeevan Nagar is okay if you know the shortcuts, though Pune traffic is always something you have to plan for. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to be finished. The office gets some good natural light in the morning, which makes it a nice place to work. We aren't interested in looking corporate or using a lot of marketing talk. We just want to do our jobs and be fair with the people we meet. It’s a humble place, but it works for us. We’ve been in Tathawade for a while and we like being part of the growth happening in this corner of Pune. It’s just a regular team working hard in a busy city.
