Shripal Medical

Shripal Medical is located right in Shukrawar Peth, which is usually a very busy part of town with lots of people moving around. We have been here for a good amount of time now, just running the shop day by day. The place isn't very big, but we have crammed a lot of shelves inside to hold all the different medicines and supplies people ask for. Most of our morning is spent dusting those shelves and checking what needs to be ordered from the distributors. It gets quite hectic in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work and stops in to pick up their regular prescriptions or maybe just some vitamins. The street outside is always noisy with scooters and the occasional rickshaw blocking the way. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure we find the right strips of tablets and get the change right. Sometimes the computer acts up or a delivery is late, but that is just part of the routine here. We know the neighbors well and often talk about the weather or how the local traffic has gotten worse over the years. It is a simple life behind the counter, honestly. We focus on keeping the stock ready so when someone comes in looking for something specific, we don't have to tell them to come back tomorrow. That is pretty much what goes on here every day from morning till we close the shutters at night.
