Our office is located in the Baner area of Pune, right inside the Atril building near the Shivsagar Hotel. Baner is always packed with people and cars these days. We have been here for a while and have seen the whole landscape change. We are a small company and we don't go in for all that corporate polish. You won't find us wearing suits or giving big presentations. We spend our time in the dirt at the construction sites or sitting in our office trying to figure out the next steps. It is hard work and it gets very dusty. We deal with all the usual problems like rising material costs and finding good contractors. It is a constant juggle. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, you might have to wait a minute for someone to come to the door. We aren't trying to be the most famous builders in Pune. We just want to get our projects finished without too much trouble. It is a very practical business. We use simple English and talk to our clients like regular people. Most of our time is spent making sure the foundations are right and the walls are straight. We like being in Baner because everything we need is close by. It is just a normal day at the office for us. No big speeches or promises.
