Down on Katraj Kondhwa Road, you’ll find the office for Shri Radha Damodar Developers and Realty LLP. We are situated at S.No. 50, right inside the ISKON premises in Pune. It’s a pretty recognizable area for anyone living nearby. We spend our days dealing with various real estate tasks and development projects. It gets quite busy on this side of town with all the new construction going on. Most of the time, you’ll find us huddled over a table looking at site plans or heading out to check on a foundation. We don't really do the big corporate thing. It’s more about getting the work done and making sure the sites are actually moving forward. Sometimes the weather slows things down, or we have trouble getting the right crew on time, but that's part of the trade. We focus on the local area around Katraj and Kondhwa because we know the land here pretty well. It's a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the building sites. We keep a simple setup at the ISKON premises. It's practical for us to be there. We deal with the day-to-day grind of construction, from the initial permits to the final touches on a wall. It’s noisy and dusty work often, but it’s what we know. We just try to keep things moving steadily every day without making a big scene about it. We stay busy enough with the work.
