Over at Shri Gajananay Infra Projects Llp, we’re located in the Peth area of Chikhli. Specifically, we’re at DL/127. It’s a more quiet spot compared to the main city centers, which we actually prefer for getting work done. We focus on infrastructure projects, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to build things that last. It isn't always the most glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust, loud machinery, and long hours spent outdoors in the sun. We don't have a massive marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and the guys on the ground. When we started, we wanted to keep things simple. We take on a project, figure out the logistics, and then get to work. Chikhli is a good place for a business like ours because there’s room to move and store things. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials to the site can be a headache, but that’s just part of the trade. We have a small office where we do the accounting and the planning, but you’ll usually find us out where the actual work is happening. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need to talk. We aren't big on fancy titles; everyone just chips in where they are needed. It’s a tough business, but we enjoy the physical reality of building stuff. It might not look like much from the outside, but there is always something going on in the shop.
