Shri Bhairavnath Poultries Private Limited

Out here in Khadaki, which is part of Daund taluka, things move a bit slower than they do in Pune city. Our setup for Shri Bhairavnath Poultries Private Limited is based right at House No. 114. It is a quiet area mostly, surrounded by fields and other folks doing similar work. Working with poultry means we are up before the sun most days. There is always something that needs fixing or a batch of birds that needs checking on. The weather in this part of Maharashtra can be quite dry, so we have to stay on top of things constantly. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just the house and the sheds where the work happens. People in the village know where we are. Usually, someone stops by to chat while we are moving feed or checking the equipment. It is hard work, and your hands get dirty every single day. We don't spend much time on paperwork unless we have to. Most of our energy goes into making sure the birds are doing okay and the farm is running the way it should. Daund is a good place for this kind of business because we have enough space. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get a bit dusty, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a simple life centered around the cycles of the farm and the seasons here in Khadaki. We just keep doing what we know best.
