Shri Balaji Techpark Llp

We’ve been setting things up here at Shri Balaji Techpark Llp for a while now. Our spot is right in Chinchwad, near the old Ador Welding factory on S.No 142. If you know the area, you know it gets busy with all the traffic and industry stuff going on. We share the space with Panjabi Agarwal Gupta Associates, so there’s always people coming in and out of the office. It isn’t some fancy high-rise like you see in the movies, just a practical place where we get the work done. Some days the tea stall nearby is the highlight of the afternoon when we need a break. We handle the tech park management and try to keep everything running without too much trouble. Dealing with maintenance and paperwork takes up most of our time. Chinchwad is a good place to be because everything is close by, even if the roads get a bit crowded during peak hours. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to make sure the building stays in good shape and the people working here have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the lights stay on and the floors are clean. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a mess, but that’s just how it is here. We’re just a small team trying to stay organized and helpful for anyone who stops by our office near the welding plant.
