SHREYAS LAND LLP

Shreyas Land is based out of the Parvati area in Pune. If you know the city, you know that Yogishri Arvind Society is where we have our office, specifically over at plots 89 through 91. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which helps when we are trying to get work done. We deal with land and property matters around here. Some of us grew up in Pune, so we know the streets and the way things move in this town. It isn’t a massive corporate setup with hundred-page handbooks. It’s just a few of us sitting around desks, talking about land plots and how to manage them. We spend a lot of time on the phone with people asking about sites or checking on documents at the local offices. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes getting to site visits a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren’t doing anything revolutionary, just the standard day-to-day business of land management. The office gets a bit dusty in the summer, but that’s just how it is in this part of Maharashtra. We like being in Parvati. It feels like home to us. Most days are just about keeping things moving and making sure the paperwork is in order for the next person. We don’t really have any grand speeches to give. We just work, go home, and come back to do it again tomorrow.
