Shreeji Vipul Dipti Ice Cream Parlour

The name is a bit long, Shreeji Vipul Dipti Ice Cream Parlour, but we are easy to find at Shop No 5 in the Aditya Nakoda Enclave on Sinhagad Road. This is very much a family-run kind of place. You will usually see one of us behind the counter, probably checking the stock or wiping down the glass. We have several big chest freezers lined up along the wall. They make a constant humming noise that we don't even notice anymore. People from the apartments nearby come down in their slippers after dinner to get a scoop or two. We have a small sink for people to wash their hands, and we have to fill the soap dispenser almost every day. The lighting is a warm yellow color which makes the shop feel cozy when it is dark outside. Sometimes the kids get excited and point at everything at once, and we just wait for them to make up their minds. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy logos on our walls. It is just a plain shop where we sell ice cream to our neighbors. My brother helps with the accounts and my sister-in-law often comes in to help during the evening rush. We keep a stack of napkins on every table because melting ice cream can be a mess. We just want to keep the shop running smoothly for as long as we can.
