Shree Vighnahar Buildcon LLP

Our office is located in Pune, specifically over in the Avenue Shrushti building. We’re in Flat 101, which is part of the Shayadri Farm Society area. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center, but we stay busy with all the construction work we have going on. Shree Vighnahar Buildcon LLP started because we wanted to do something local in the building sector. We spend a lot of time at S.No 82/2/910 making sure things are running right. It’s mostly just us sitting around the desk or heading out to see how the sites are looking. Dealing with contractors and getting materials delivered on time takes up most of our morning. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to figure out how to fix it on the fly. It is not a big corporate setup with lots of layers. If there is a problem, we just talk it out and try to find a way. The Pune weather is usually nice for work, except when the monsoon hits hard. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, so we know how things work around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that gets the job done. Our days are full of phone calls and checking blueprints. It’s honest work, and we like being based here in this part of town.
