SHREE SHREEPATI INFRACON LLP

Shree Shreepati Infracon LLP is based out of Shraddha Residency here in Pune. We are in flat number 707, which is pretty high up so we get a bit of a breeze when the windows are open. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all the survey numbers like 195/1/2 and 196, but once you find the building it is easy enough. We have been here for a bit now. It is a residential building mostly, so it feels a bit more quiet than a proper commercial hub, which is nice for focusing on the details. There are about four or five of us in the office on a normal day. We handle a lot of infrastructure talk and planning. Sometimes it feels like we are just surrounded by maps and blueprints. Pune City is growing so fast, you can see new stuff being built every time you look out the window. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old tea cups. We don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy like that. Most people who come here already know where they are going. It is a simple setup. We use the kitchen area for our breaks and that is where most of the actual talking happens. It is not polished or anything. It is just a place where we sit down and try to figure out the next steps for our various projects. Life moves pretty steady for us here at Shraddha Residency.
