Shree Ramling Motor Driving School

If you walk behind the bus stand in Shirur, you’ll find our little office in the Revenue Colony area. Shree Ramling Motor Driving School has been around this part of Pune for a while. It’s a quiet town compared to the main city, but the roads still require a lot of attention. I usually start the lessons by explaining the basic parts of the car while we are parked near the office. Once the student understands the pedals, we head out. We use the local roads in Shirur because that’s where people will actually be driving. I’ve had students who have never touched a steering wheel before. They get nervous, their legs shake a bit, but that’s normal. I stay calm and tell them what to do. The goal is just to get them through the license test and make sure they don’t panic in traffic. We don't use any fancy simulators or videos. It’s just the car, the road, and me sitting next to you with the extra brake pedal. We also help out with the paperwork at the RTO because that can be confusing for most people. It's a small family-run thing, really. We know most of the people who come to us, or their parents. It makes the teaching part a bit more relaxed. We just try to be helpful and teach people how to drive properly without any of the extra drama.
