SHREE KEPU INFRA LLP

We are over at City Vista in Pune, specifically on the fifth floor of the A Building. Shree Kepu Infra LLP has been here for a bit now, working out of Office 14. It’s a busy part of the city, and the building has a lot of other companies too. Our office isn't huge, but it's enough for the group of us who handle the infrastructure projects. We spend a lot of time looking at site reports and making sure the billing is right. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the lunch breaks are just us sitting around talking about the weekend or the projects we have going on. The view from the fifth floor is alright, mostly just other buildings and the road below. We don't go in for big presentations or fancy marketing. We just try to keep the projects on track and the costs where they should be. The office can get a bit hectic when we have deadlines, but usually, it's a steady pace. We like being in this part of Pune because everything is accessible. It is just a regular office with regular people trying to make a go of it in the construction world. We share the floor with some IT folks and consultants, so there is always some movement in the hallways. We've got a small pantry area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We don't overcomplicate things here. It works.
