Shree Glass Works & Aluminum

We've been running Shree Glass Works & Aluminum for a while now. Our shop is located in the MIDC area, specifically around Jyotiba Nagar in Talwade. If you know the Jyotiba Mandir, we are right near there. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and people moving around all day. We mostly handle glass cutting and making aluminum frames for windows and doors. Sometimes we do office partitions too. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or a big showroom. It’s just a workshop where we keep our tools and materials. My cousin and I started this because we knew the trade. Some days are really quiet and we just sit outside and watch the traffic near the temple. Other days, we have more work than we can handle and we stay late into the evening. The dust from the road gets inside everything, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass before people pick it up. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just see our sign or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple business. We try to do the work right so people don't have to come back to complain. Sometimes the aluminum deliveries are late because of the traffic in PCMC, but we try to manage. We just like working with our hands and living here in Talwade. It feels like a real community where everyone knows everyone else’s business.
