Shree Girnar Venture Llp

Our office for Shree Girnar Venture Llp is over in the Gultekadi neighborhood. We are located at Flat No. 504 in the Punyai building, which is on Final Plot No. 473 at Salisbury Park. It’s a pretty nice area to work in, honestly. We like the quiet of Salisbury Park compared to some of the busier parts of the city. Being at S. No. 557/A means we have a bit of a view from the balcony, though it’s mostly just other apartment buildings and some old trees. We’re just a small LLP, consisting of a few partners and some office staff. We spend the bulk of our time looking over site plans and talking on the phone with various contractors. It's not a high-rise office with big glass windows; it feels more like a home since it's actually in a residential flat. That makes the whole vibe feel a bit more relaxed, which we prefer. We have our meetings around a plain wooden table in the main room. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we end up having to take the stairs, which isn't fun in the heat. It’s a lot of manual coordination and checking on details. We don't go in for flashy slogans or anything like that. We just handle our ventures as they come to us. There's always some small problem to solve, like a late delivery or a missing file.
