We run Shree Bhairavnath Feeds over in Karada, which is part of the Shirur area in Pune. We’ve been set up here for a while now, focusing on making feed for animals. It’s an essential thing for the farmers around here, and we take the work seriously. The facility isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we mix and bag the feed. It gets pretty dusty and noisy inside when the machines are going, but that's just part of the job. We spend a lot of our time checking the quality of the grains we get and making sure the mixes are right. If the feed isn't good, the livestock won't do well, and the farmers will let us know pretty quickly. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune; we just want to be reliable for the local people who depend on us. The roads around Shirur can be a bit rough for the delivery trucks, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent on the floor or talking to customers who come by. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy slogan. It’s just about getting the bags filled and moved out. Sometimes we run into delays with the raw materials, but we always try to keep the supply steady. It’s a straightforward, busy life here in Karada.
