Shree Bal Land Developers

Shree Bal Land Developers has an office at Kapil Malhar on the Baner Mahalunge Road. It is right there at the 2nd cross in Baner. The office isn't very big, but it serves us well for meeting people and looking over site plans. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to people about different plots of land available in the area. Baner has changed a lot lately, with so much new construction going on everywhere you look. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. There is usually a map of the local area pinned to the wall so we can show people exactly where things are located. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is a decent spot for a business like ours. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding land titles and various permissions. It can be quite slow and tedious sometimes. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the local area really well. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting sites and checking on the progress of different projects. When we are in the office, the phone rings quite a bit with people asking about prices or availability. It is a straightforward business. We do not use any fancy sales pitches. We just show what is available and explain the details to whoever asks.
