SHIVVENKATESH ASSOCIATE LLP

Shivvenkatesh Associate LLP is located out in Shirur, at a place called Pacharne Mala in Tardobachiwadi. Our spot is G No. 325, 2B. It is a bit away from the main city of Pune, so it is a different kind of pace out here. The air is a bit clearer and it is definitely not as loud as being in the middle of Shivajinagar or Andheri. We have a simple office where we handle our daily business. It is mostly local stuff, dealing with land and associate works around the Shirur area. We have been at this location for a while now, and everyone around here knows where Pacharne Mala is. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of registers. We spend our mornings catching up on what happened the day before and our afternoons usually involve some travel to nearby sites. It is a small team, mostly local folks who have lived in this area for a long time. We do not have fancy office furniture or big glass walls. It is a practical place for people who do real work on the ground. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the roads nearby, but that is just life in this part of the country. We keep a pot of water in the corner and a few chairs for whoever drops by. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy with the work.
