Our office is at Number 208 in the Sanmahu Comm Complex, which is on Bundgarden Road in Pune. We go by Shivtulyaa Ganga Builder Llp. It’s a busy spot in the city, and we’ve been operating from here for a good while. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby full of statues. It’s just a regular office where we handle our construction business. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of building things. There are always blueprints spread out on the desks and the phone is usually ringing about a delivery or a site issue. Pune is growing fast, so there’s no shortage of work for people who know how to use a trowel and manage a crew. We aren't into making big speeches about what we do. We just show up and get the walls built. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually. The traffic on Bundgarden Road can be a real pain in the afternoon, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their job. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Maharashtra. We just want to do decent work that stays standing. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some site plans. It’s just how we run things.
