Gsoltek Engineer

We’ve been running Gsoltek Engineer for a while now from our spot in Shyama Estate. If you’re heading down towards Shahu Nagar in Chinchwad, you’ll probably pass by Shivtej Nagar where we are. We are tucked into building D-11. It’s a busy industrial estate, so there is always noise from neighbors and trucks moving parts around. Our day starts early, usually before the heat really kicks in. We do engineering work, mostly handling whatever jobs come through the door that week. It isn't a massive factory, just a practical space where we can get the technical stuff done. Sometimes the electricity acts up in this part of Chinchwad, but we just work around it. The staff is local, mostly guys who live nearby and know the area well. We don't have a big reception or anyone to greet you with coffee, just a workspace filled with tools and drawings. Most people find us because they know the Shyama Estate layout. It gets a bit crowded on the roads around here during the evening rush, so we try to finish up and head home before it gets too jammed. There isn't much to say other than we're just a bunch of people working on machines and designs in a corner of the estate. We like being near Shahu Nagar because everything we need is close by. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us.
