Shivtara Properties

We are situated right on the Solapur Road at number 7, specifically in the A Wing on the ground floor. Being close to the Vishal Mega Mart is helpful for us because almost everyone in this part of town knows where that is. It is an extremely busy road, so there is always a lot of dust in the air and the constant sound of traffic right outside our door. Our office isn't anything special or fancy to look at, it is just the place where we handle all our property matters. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs for when people come in to chat about their plans. Working on the ground floor is quite convenient because people can just walk in straight from the street without having to find an elevator. We spend most of our days looking at different plots and houses all over this side of the city. Solapur Road is one of the main paths through town, so we see all kinds of people passing by our window. Sometimes it is really hard to find a parking spot near the A Wing, but that is just a normal part of life in this neighborhood. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know the other people running shops nearby. It involves a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in our big books. It keeps us busy.
