SHIVRAY CONSTRUCTIONS AND LANDMARK LLP

SHIVRAY CONSTRUCTIONS AND LANDMARK LLP is based out of Manjari Khurd in the Haveli area. Our office is right at Borkar Chauk, specifically at M No 0270. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been around this part of Pune for a bit. We mostly focus on land and construction stuff. Manjari Khurd is a bit quieter than the main city, which we actually prefer for getting our work done. There is always a lot of activity at the Chauk, so it feels like we are in the middle of things. We handle the usual construction headaches like permits and materials. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with blueprints and samples of bricks or tiles. We don't spend much on fancy furniture because we'd rather put that into the projects. People around here know us as the folks who are always busy with some plot or another. We take things one day at a time and try to stay organized, even when the job site gets messy. It’s a family-style environment here. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do decent work and keep our heads down. If you're passing through Borkar Chauk, you've probably seen our sign. That's us. We just try to be honest and get the building work finished.
