We are located at Rajvilas, which is on NDA Road in the Mulshi area of Pune. Our space is Flat Number 12 on the fifth floor, though the address says S No - 5. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but it’s a good spot to work from. Being in Pune-411021 means we are slightly away from the main city chaos, which is nice. We do construction work, mostly residential projects and some smaller commercial stuff around the Taluka Mulshi region. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers, the materials, and the weather. Sometimes things go exactly as planned, and other times we’re scrambling to fix a delay. That is just how the building business works around here. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who have been in the trade for years. We know the local regulations and the land pretty well. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of blueprints rolled up in the corners. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just local builders who take our jobs seriously. People around NDA Road know us by name, and that’s usually enough to keep the work coming in. We just focus on one project at a time and try to finish it properly. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different rules but we just keep pushing through the work until it is finished.
