SHIVMANAS INFRASTRUCTURE LLP

Start with the location, we are in Morwadi, Pune. We work out of the Sukhawani Imperial building, specifically on the second floor in plot twelve. People around here know us as Shivmanas Infrastructure LLP. Most of what we do involves the basic infrastructure work around the city. It gets quite busy some weeks. My cousin and I started this because we saw a lot of local projects just sitting there unfinished. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure things get done properly. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the desk but the site work is what really matters to us. We have been at this address for a while now. If you are near Morwadi, you have probably passed by the building. It is right there in a convenient spot. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and stacks of blueprints. It is a lot of long hours and hard work. Pune is growing so fast lately, so there is always something to fix or build. We try to keep things simple. No big promises, just showing up on time and doing the job. The traffic near the Imperial building can be a real headache in the evenings. Anyway, this is where we run everything from. We handle the local jobs. We are not looking to take over the world. Just want to keep the lights on.
