Shivamrut Dugdhalaya

Shivamrut Dugdhalaya is our small dairy business in Viman Nagar, near the Jakkur Post. Our day starts much earlier than most people’s. The milk arrives in the dark, and we have to get everything ready for the morning rush. We handle milk, curd, and some other dairy items. It’s important to keep everything cold, so we are always checking the refrigeration. The shop is small, and we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and the counters. Milk spills happen, and you have to stay on top of it. Viman Nagar is a busy area, so we see a lot of people on their way to work or taking their kids to school. We have a few delivery boys who take the milk packets to the nearby apartments. Sometimes the bikes break down, and we have to scramble to get the milk delivered on time. It’s a lot of work for a small return, but it’s a steady business. We don't use any fancy packaging or have a big logo. It’s just the same crates and bags we’ve always used. We know our customers like their milk fresh, so that’s our main focus every single day. We don't have any big plans to expand. Keeping the local neighborhood supplied with dairy is plenty for us to handle. We just keep the fridge running and the doors open for anyone needing their morning supplies before the day gets too busy for everyone else.
