Shivam Ice Cream

We are over on Wada Road in Rajgurunagar. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Datta Mandir in the Wakad area. It is a good spot because the temple brings a lot of people around, especially on the weekends. At Shivam Ice Cream, we spend most of our time behind the counter. The shop has a few benches where people can sit down for a minute. It gets pretty dusty out on Wada Road because of all the vehicles passing by so we are always wiping down the tables and the front window. We have a couple of large chest freezers that we have to defrost every now and then which is a bit of a mess. Usually, the afternoons are quiet and then we get a big rush once the sun starts to go down. The bells from the temple are easy to hear from inside the shop and it gives the place a nice feel. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the menu and the ice cream posters on the wall. The back room is where we keep the extra stock and the cleaning supplies. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to check the generators to make sure nothing melts. It is just the two or three of us working here most days. We keep things simple and try to stay cool in the heat.
