Shiv Pharma

Shiv Pharma is based out of Hadapsar, and we have been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. The area has changed a lot with more buildings going up, but our daily work stays pretty much the same. We get in early to beat the worst of the Hadapsar traffic and start sorting through whatever came in the previous evening. The shop floor is mostly concrete, and we have tall metal racks that go all the way to the ceiling. It can be a bit of a stretch to reach the top shelves, so there is always a stool or a small ladder nearby. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it is just a few of us who know the inventory inside and out. The air is often filled with the sound of packing tape being pulled and boxes being moved around. We have a small desk for the billing and a couple of chairs for when we need to sit down for a minute. The sunlight comes in through the front door in the morning and hits the tiles, making it feel bright for a few hours. We know most of the delivery drivers by name because they come by every single afternoon. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where the focus is just on getting the orders ready and sent out. We don't worry about being fancy, we just make sure we are doing our jobs correctly every day.
