We are located in the L. P. Classic building, room 306, right in the Hadapsar area of Pune. It’s a nice spot near Bhosale Garden, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been working as builders for a while, mostly taking on local projects around this side of the city. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all the planning and meet with our workers. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate logos everywhere. We’re just a small team trying to make sure the houses we build are solid. Construction involves a lot of moving parts, and we spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or walking around sites in the heat. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery getting lost or a worker not showing up, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just the reality of the business. We try to be honest with people about how long things take. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just a reliable one that people in Hadapsar can talk to without any fuss. Usually, you can find us in the office late in the evening finishing up the paperwork after the sites have closed for the day. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
