Shirin Projects Private Limited

Our office is in Flat No 201 at Valcon Society in Pimple Nilakh. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quieter than the main city parts of Pune. We are located near Pratham Residency on S No. 34/1/3. Working out of a flat gives the place a different feel than a big glass building. It’s more personal, I guess. We handle different kinds of projects from this space. Usually, there’s a lot of talking over maps or looking at schedules on the wall. The team here is small, just a few of us who’ve been together for a while. We know the 411027 pin code inside out by now. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right society if you aren't from around here, but we like the location. It’s easy for us to get to work without too much trouble. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the project work we have. We do a lot of coordination between different sites from this office. It’s mostly phone calls and computer work. People around the society know us. We try to keep things professional but we aren't robots. If the tea is hot and the internet is working, it’s a good day for Shirin Projects. We just keep plugging away at whatever is on the list for the week.
