Shipra Venture Llp has its office at C2/701 in Swapna Nagari, which is right by Magar Stadium in Pimpri. It’s a handy location since everyone knows the stadium, making directions easy for anyone coming by. Being up on the seventh floor helps cut out some of the street noise, though you can still hear the crowd noise when there’s a big match. Swapna Nagari stays busy with people coming and going in the corridors all day. Most of our time is spent looking over contracts or checking on the various sites we have around Pimpri. Our space is kept simple without any extra fluff. A couple of desks, some file cabinets, and a kettle for tea are really all we need. The work itself is pretty grounded. We don't go for big presentations or corporate talk. Instead, we focus on the task at hand, whether that’s getting a permit sorted or talking to a supplier about a late delivery. The area around the stadium has seen a lot of growth lately, and it’s interesting to watch it happen. We’re just a small part of that, doing our bit day after day. Coordination takes up a lot of our energy, and even when things don't go perfectly, we just deal with it and move on to the next thing. There’s always something new to handle, and we just take it as it comes. It can be a bit of a juggle, but we stay with it.
