Shingote Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is located in Times Square on the Pune-Satara Road. It’s a very busy area, and the building stays active from early morning until late evening. Our suites are 211 to 213, so we have a bit of space to handle the agro side of things. Most of our work involves food products, which means we’re always thinking about seasons and harvests. We aren’t some distant company; we’re right here in the middle of the hustle. The road outside is always full of vehicles heading towards Satara or coming into Pune. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty practical. We have some samples on the shelves and a lot of folders. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just talk to the suppliers and the buyers and make sure the trucks are on the right route. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the day’s orders. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an important one. We’ve been at this for some time now, and we know most of the regulars who come by. It’s a solid business built on just doing the work every day. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few of us getting things done and going home.
