Vinzai Building Systems

You can find us at Shop No. 5, S. No. 377 in Shindewadi, over in the Bhor area. Vinzai Building Systems operates out of this small shop space. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We spend a lot of time here dealing with different building materials and systems. The shop isn't very large, but it fits everything we need to keep things running. Most days start early with someone opening up the shutters and checking the inventory. People from around Bhor often stop by to ask questions or see what we have in stock. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. The walls are lined with samples and there is usually a stack of orders waiting on the desk. Shindewadi is a good spot for us because it’s accessible. We see a lot of the same faces every week. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered when a big shipment arrives. That’s just how it goes in this business. We handle the paperwork in the back and talk to people out front. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don’t really use fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the plans and see what building systems are needed for the job. It’s simple and it works for the people here who know us.
