Shinde Ice Cream

We've been at Plot No-10 on Laxmi Road for a while now. It's right there in the Saraswati Vilas Building, just across from the Kripi Saree Shop. People stop by after they finish their shopping. My family started this because we liked making cold treats for the neighborhood. It isn't a huge place, just a regular shop where we keep the freezers running all day. Sometimes the traffic on Laxmi Road gets a bit much, but we are easy to find if you look for the saree shop first. We make different flavors depending on what is available at the market. It is mostly just us working here, scooping ice cream into cups or cones for whoever walks in. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just a small counter and the machines. On hot afternoons, it gets pretty busy with kids coming home from school. We try to keep things clean and the ice cream cold. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up every morning, check the stock, and open the shutters. If you are walking down Laxmi Road, you'll see us. It's a simple life running an ice cream spot. We know most of the people who live nearby by their first names. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff early, especially during the wedding season, but that's just how it goes. We don't do much advertising, word of mouth works fine for us. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to scramble, but we manage.
