We've been around for a bit now, mostly working out of our spot here at B 204 in Pinnac Gangotri. It’s right on that New DP Road in Aundh. People know us as Shewalkar Developers Ltd. Even though we have Nagpur in our name, a lot of our daily work happens right here in Pune. It’s a busy office. There's always someone coming in or out with blueprints and paperwork. We handle various building projects. Some days it's just quiet office work, other days it's chaos with phone calls about different sites. We aren't a massive corporate chain or anything like that. Just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. The Pune weather is usually nice for site visits, though traffic on the DP road can be a headache sometimes. We've seen the area change a lot since we moved in. It used to be much quieter. Now there are shops and cafes everywhere around us. Most of the time, you'll find us looking over maps or talking to contractors. It’s honest work. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big ads. Word of mouth usually gets folks to our door. If you're looking for our office, just head towards Aundh and look for the Pinnac Gangotri building. We're on the second floor. It's nothing fancy inside, just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. That's how we like it, keeps us focused on the construction. We really just care about getting the walls up and the roofs on right.
