So, Sheth Promoters & Builders Llp is based out of Lane No. 7 in Koregaon Park. If you’ve spent any time in Pune, you know that’s a pretty well-known spot. We are located at Sr No. 26/13, right by D. P. No. 373. It’s a decent place to work from, even if parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes in this part of town. We’ve been involved in the local building scene for a bit, mostly focusing on whatever needs doing in the neighborhood and surrounding Pune areas. Our office at Po 202 is usually where you’ll find one of us if we aren’t out checking on a site. We don't have a massive office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the planning and the promoter side of things. Construction is a lot of work and it takes time to get things right, so we just stick to what we know. Being in Koregaon Park means we see the city changing quite a bit around us. We like to think we play a small part in that by just doing our jobs. We’re not into those high-pressure sales tactics. We just talk to people, show them what we're working on, and go from there. If you’re walking down Lane 7, you’re basically right near us. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay for the long haul. Building things isn't easy, but it’s what we do.
