You can find us at Flat No 1 in the Happy Home society on Law College Road. Erandvana is a nice part of Pune to work in. It is a bit quieter than some other areas, which helps when we are trying to focus on our plans. We have set up our workspace inside a residential flat, so it has a very homey feel. We handle various development projects from here. It is mostly just us sitting around the table going over drawings and schedules. Pune is changing fast and we are just a small part of that change. We do not have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. Most of our work happens out on the field anyway. When we are in the office, it is mostly for the boring stuff like accounts and phone calls. We like being on Law College Road because it is easy for people to find us. We have stayed here for a good while and plan to keep it that way. There is no need for anything more elaborate. We just want to do the work and move on to the next task. We are not here to impress anyone with big words. Just local people doing property stuff. It gets busy during certain months, then slows down, but there is always something to look at. (226 words)
